Always-on support and quick turnaround times

Near the end of a week as a storm hit New York, our server closet became flooded and both of our servers were destroyed. That weekend the lawyers were preparing for an important case and needed immediate access to the crucial folders from the server. The next week the entire staff would need to be able to resume work. PCPC responded that same afternoon, and was able to make the crucial folders accessible by the next morning. Our accounting files were relocated so that bookkeeping could continue that weekend. At the start of the next week we were able to resume work from a Cloud center till our servers were rebuilt and the data restored. PCPC's response was immediate as we'd come to expect. It confirmed our choice to be their client for 20 plus years.
